**darefsky (Flight Medic Paints)**

So I was looking on the Google for some Doctor Who Mini's, and I came across this site. They have tons of stuff I am interested in but the site design does not impress me, and I have never heard of them.

Has anyone had any experience ordering from these folks?

BTD US appears to be improving their customer service and product delivery. A year ago, they could not be trusted to complete a transaction, but a number of reviews on http://theminiaturespage.com/ indicate they are as able as any other mini company these days.

I've used them a few times and have been happy with their service. Their website says 3-4 weeks for delivery, and that's what it took. So nothing to complain about. Can't really advise on deliveries outside of the UK.

i ordered from them, eh, 2 years ago or so, and i ended up waiting a couple months on stuff, eventually having to email and call them up.
once i spoke with a live person though, my items shipped out fairly quickly

I did an order ages ago & part of it arrive in reasnoable time but aftre several phone calls & weeks later I cancelled the rest of the order. They did refund the money owed in a decent time.

This, in a nutshell, for my experience.

I have not ordered from them in years but when I was collecting WWII minis I ordered a bunch from them and was pleased with the product and the service.

I just ordered a dalek from them as a test and I got the mini in roughly a week and a half.
