Since most 40k is fairly violent and gory I wasn't sure; but what is/isn't acceptable to post on this forum? Do I have to say in the title roughly what sort of content might be alluded to? I'am currently writing a bit of fluff for my Dark Eldar army and don't personally think it diverges from the way Black Library stuff is presented; but like I said I wasn't sure.

-are you allowed to be explicit about violence? ie a marine shoots somebody in the head and his head explodes. Or should it be the marine shot the traitor and he went down?

-should I avoid any degree of sadism and the like on the part of the villains/anti heroes? That is pretty much a characterization of Dark Eldar, or should this be fairly tame/illusive?

-Is it okay to insinuate or use innuendo with regards sex/sexual desire without actually ever describing the deed? Or is any allusion to it unnacceptable?

Violence is probably fine.
Everything else. Put a NSFW spoiler on it and don' get too graphic and it should be fine...

Fair enough. Still not sure bout doing it and going to edit it some more when I get time. I figured some of the executions were unneccesarily violent for the 'heroine' anyway; detracts from you actually liking the lass somewhat.

one of them (explicit) pretty gross and unneccesary. Simple severed hand and decapitation probably better to emphasise her skill with a blade.

Well I've done a draft section of ten pages that amounts to a chapter. If I post that now it'll save me putting the whole lot on in bulk. So I would post say Helstai part 1 and when I do the next could do a part two. Just for ease of reading if nothing else.

Oh thats fine? Okay then. Also the heroines daughter was captured by a rival Archon and after being rescued discovers that her daughter was raped by the Archon. Hence they both want bloody vengence on said Archon among other more typical DE reasons. Is that an okay plot point, or is that too iffy?

Yeah just do it in separate posts in a thread.
Though make sure you space it properly so people can read it
