I highly recommend the warstore!! They have pieces from several different 15mm companies.

Without knowing what buildings you're looking for I'd second thewarstore.com. If you're looking for non-urban Eastern front I'd suggest Kerr & King. I'm very happy with the buildings I just got from them, and for under $100 USD I picked up 7 decently large buildings. If you're hankering for an Eastern Front church but don't want to pick up BF's, I'd highly recommend musket miniatures Russian Church, it looks great and is very sizeable, all for $22.95 USD.

I agree that the Warstore is a great place to buy the terrain.

As to the company, BF themselves make some good prepainted terrain. It is also resonably priced for pre-painted terrain. BF is also coming out with a lot of new terrain in the near future.
