Hey Dakka people, I have made my own chapter called the Vulcan Legion, you can view pictures of them here http://www.dakkadakka.com/core/gallery-search.jsp?dq=Vulcan+Legion.

They are from the Fire Lords and are currently a special ops team until they grow to be substantial numbers. They are currently liberating a city from rouge marines who's motives are unknown. Here is a short summary of their history so far. Every time I have a battle I shall update this thread.


We have recently been founded in the year 2079012.M41. We are descendants from the Fire Lords and our home planet is one of lava and volcanoes. We are known as the Vulcan
Legion chapter. Our size is one five-man squad of scouts and two five-man squad of devastator. Also we have a Legion of the Dammed seven man squad along with five terminators and 15 tactical marines accompanied by a rhino and a dreadnought.
We have a mission assigned by the Fire Lords to clear the city Agaroth and the surrounding area of rough space marines of an unknown chapter. We managed to capture the city center a push the rouge marines out of the surrounding buildings. We managed to push them back to the main road blocking the main entrance into the city. We have word from our home planet we have some devastators coming to help defend from the tanks our intelligence has said the rouges have.
After a time of peace our land raiders have come to reinforce our position in this city. Just recently our scouts have spotted a ship crash on the horizon in mid-afternoon. The next day half of the tactical squad we sent out came back without their sergeant saying the rouges already found the ship which means another race is taking note of this planet. We can expect the rouges to come back and a bigger threat looms on the horizon.
We know too little about the ship which make it all the more important we find out more about the ship. So I commanded the land raider and had two squads of troops ready to deep strike in once I found out what the danger was. The rouges had deadly weapons like las cannons and even a dreadnought. Seeing them with those weapons makes me wonder what the greater picture is behind this.
