Well, I've come with another list, I'm playing a tournament this weekend and the most I fear is the nazgul match.

Warband 1:

Glorfindel, gondolin armour: 140
12x High elf warrior, shield: 120

Warband 2:

Legolas: 90
7x Mirkwood guard, bow, spear: 84

Warband 3:

Thranduil: 90
7x Galadhrim, blade, spear: 70
1x Galadhrim, banner: 33

Alone:

Rumil: 70

TOTAL: 697

I guess that those heros can beat Nazgul fairly well, supported by spears and with a little bit of luck.

The tactic is making me a turtle with the shields, block with them, or doing the 2 attacks from them and the spears and attack with the heros and the swords when possible.

Thoughts?

Against Nazghuls you may do alrigth, as long as the Nazgul is not the Easterling one, or the knigth of Umbar. Who would leave you a blody wreck. But all in all you should alrigt

The Fallen Realm of Umbar

Not sure if you mean they are taking the Nazgul as an army unto themselves, or for armies where people include Nazgul, regardless there are 4 Nazgul to look out for
The Knight of Umbar
The Dark Marshal
The Shadow Lord
and to a lesser extent Khamul The Easterling

The Knight of Umbar can copy and paste your fight, strength and attacks if he so chooses and only loses the point of will for being in a fight if he loses the fight.
The Dark Marshal is Fight 6 off the bat and is a 6" banner to warriors
The Shadow Lord has a 6" aura that makes everything hit on 6s (except Legolas' auto-hit)
Khamul can buff up either his F, S or A by 1 once per turn and gains a point of either will or might (don't remember which).

Staying on target.....

A combination of the undying, KoU and SL would be horrendous for you to fight. The undying saps your will points while gaining from the other two as they compel/transfix spam your heroes. Plus as Krellnus said SL defying your bow advantage and KoU being able to go toe to toe with Glorfindel denying you superior fight skills.

Saying that any list would suffer from the bombardment of the above three so I guess your list is as good as any other.

I also now want this above combo
