We bought a food processor yesterday - any good smoothie recipes? Orange and kiwi fruit was so-so

Here in Laos fruit shakes are delicious. Try out mint, yogurt, pineapple or mint, lemon, pineapple, Very refreshing. Also try mango, banana, pineapple or mango, orange, banana. Be sure to add crushed ice.

I'd recommend only using fruits native to your area though. The shake will taste much better.

You could always try a Top Gear smoothie, may need to add a few extra horse power to your food processor though

I happened to make a Strawberry Margarita last night. It's supposed to serve 4, but we had two giant glasses...

15-20 Strawberries, cored.
4 oz Tequila
1.5 oz Triple Sec
.75 oz Lime juice or Sweetened Lime Juice
Ice 3-4 cups

Blend

What are you calling a food processor?

One of these? I'm not sure if you can put ice in one of these. I wouldn't know. Never owned one.

Or one of these?

The best smoothie I've ever had was just straight fruit and plain yogurt, blended until it wasn't lumpy.
