Interesting looking fleet! From what I have seen and heard, the Ika works well in a squadron of 2; if you have the model, I'd suggest dropping one cruiser and a couple of frigates to bring it. Otherwise, I think working in a couple of scout gyros would be a good idea. They are pretty good in their own right, and they would give you a spotter in case you want to do indirect fire with your dreadnought.

I'd say lose the dreadnought. Your squids fulfil the large requirement. I'd replace the dread with a second squid and two of the Amaterasu bombers. They're medium non-capitals, meaning small, fast and elusive targets are all hit on a 4+, very handy!

Personally I'd try to rearrange the frigates into groups of 4 or 5. Then they really are a threat for the larger things on the board as well as stopping other small ships.

4 Uwatsu (Linked fire for 16AD/rangeband 1, 10AD/rangeband 2 for full squadron)
4 Uwatsu
1 Ika Class Mechanical Squid (Eats everything but a dread)
1 Sokotsu (Solid unit)
3 Tanuki (Durable, plenty of weapons that dont degrade with damage, rangeban 4 firepower and they brings 18AP)
2 Fujin (Because there were 40pts over and it gives you extra activation)
Kan take two escorts instead but i dont think covenant will board your Sokotsu and they dont have rockets With the Fujin you atleast get an extra activation and you can use them block enemy movement by putting them right in front of something you prefer to stay in place. The Fujin will get rammed and die but the other ship will stay were it was to say... Let the squid eat it instead of it enemy ruining away.

And go for 2*5 Tinyfliers fighters to shot flyers (they get +1AD/token when combining fire)
