The Cadian Gate Gaming Club will be hosting a 3 round 40k tournament at Crazy Beanz and Beadz, June 9th at noon. It will be 2500 pts, due to the fact there will be no ard boyz this year.

Nova style scoring for each round. 2 and 1/2 hours per round. Painting not required. Cost $15

We will also have a painting contest for best model and best army. These will be voted on by all the players. Awards for 1st and runner up. Winner will get 3 of the new paints and the runner up will get 2.

Our new location is 900 East Main St. Suite L and M, Easley SC 29640, more space for more gaming! We are set up up to do 20 tables.

We are planning on hosting monthly 40k and fantasy events starting this June. Hope to see you there.

Will there be sportsmanship scoring that will be vastly ignored?

Hey Kirby. The tribe has spoken and you gave them a great idea. Due to the fact that there will be no Ard Boyz this year they are going to host a Ard Boyz event here for those who like them.

So, as you can see your sportsmanship issue is no longer an issue. Lee would love to see you and your winning personality down here. Bring some friends and some beers it will be a fun time.

Okay...so this event that you speak of will not be the aforementioned tournament above but a seperate event entirely, right?

It will be a 2500 point rtt not a 1850 event. No painting acores or sportsmanship dor 1,2 or 3. However the will be am award for best painted army and runner up

2 hours for 2500 points...hmmm, sounds like a snug day of 40k. I'd bring Draigowing just to save time with movement and everything.

We just finished doing a promotion on the 11th Company Podcast for next weeks show. Maybe we will be seeing the crew coming to throw some dice with the Upstate SC gamers! East Coast vs West Coast ( of Carolina that is).

What is the expected Head count? When is the entry fee due?

We have 10 signed up so far. If we get more than 12. More prizes. All the entry fees go into the prize support. We established the min amount of prize support in case only 3 people showed up. You can pay the day of, hope to see you there.

Thanks to everyone that came to our new store tournament. Gregor-xenos won the day with his Necrons. Runner up was hoard orks. Followed by the dark eldar coming in third. It was a long day and we saw some great battles.
Our next event will be July 21 st with 6th edition!
