Warhammer 40k - Tournament
July 21, 2012 10:00
Hit Point Hobbies will be hosting a 1,776 point Warhammer 40k tournament on July 21st, 2012.
There will be three rounds. Tournament Winners will be based on their Win / Tie / Loss record, followed by total numbered by battle points in case of a tie.
We will be playing with 6th edition rules. Allies are allowed.
Entry Fee: $10.00
Prize Support: Store credit rewarded based on participation / entry fees collected. Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place general. There will also be a medal for the best painted troop choice.
Special Rules
Forge World / Imperial Army units will be allowed for this tournament if it is marked with the "40k stamp" in the Apocalypse 2nd edition book or Imperial Armor 12. The player is responsible for supplying these rules for his opponent to review. Conversions will be allowed, but must be approved by the Tournament Organizer. Proxies for IA units are not allowed.
WYSIWYG is in effect. Models do not have to be painted.
Fortifications are allowed, the tables will be preset with terrain, so if you bring fortifications, check with the T.O. or a store employee and they will remove any terrain that needs to be removed.

So, you didn't get filled in. I am not welcome there man. After eight years of promoting, demoing, and helping push games, I was banned for simply stating that if Dust players wanted to get things he doesn't have (and was unable to get), they can do so through Miniature Market (and that we had a banner up on our website).
So no, I won't be there.
