Hey all! I am currently building up a grey knights army and to keep costs down I thought I'd reach out to everyone here first. My roommate was kind enough to give me his space marines and I have purchased some stuff. Here is what I know I have:
- aobr sm's
- Terminators
The above I was planning on converting with some bits
-1 vindicare assassin
- 1 rhino
1 dread knight
- 15 grey knights
- 5 gk's

I'm not sure which HQ unit to get as there are tons of choices. Was thinking for the units go with purifiers and strike squads and terminator squads. Loaded in rhinos. Not sure if terminators can go in a rhino. If not I figure deep strike and march em in.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

termis can not go into rhino's, uhhmmm as for your list, I have seen strike spam work well up to 2k points... its a deep strike list I ran with inquisitors and the like, using skulls and psy communion to ensure maximal 2nd turn deep strikes. but even so. Alright, the vindicare is a nice niche... but is ultimately a target saturation point. The big thing I see here is that you can achieve about a 750 list with your current set-up using one of the terminators as a brother-captain, and running the rest as strike members. Just be sure... to take as many psycannons as possible, its the only cost-effective means GK's have for foot slog to pen av14

So the army has grown a little bit. I managed to find someone on Craig'slist who was selling a landraider, forgeworld dreadnought,inquisitor coteaz, and another inquisitor. So I am pretty sure I will run an inquisitor as my hq choice but not sure which ordos to take. Any suggestions? Was thinking of taking xenos since I will mostly be playing against Tau, necron, and orcs.
