my inquisitor can take any tanks that come at him and any other troops for that matter most of my army will deep strike so I can get among them

Well, I'd take two full GKSS units which you could combat squad if necessary. This gives you up to four scoring units. Interceptors are not really necessary as is the Vindicare. I'd replace them by 2 Psyfleman Dreads.
