While bumbling around trying to find some reasonable paint guides for my new 20mm Japanese infantry, I came across a ruleset called Victory Decision. It looked interesting so I figured I'd see if anyone else had given it a shot and see what they thought of it.

Any info you can provide is much appreciated

Its basically the old Mongoose 'World at War' system.

Try the Lead Adventure forum, they have a room for it there. Its not really my sort of game.
