Looks alot like my lists in 3rd and 4th edition, but I used mainly Guardians, this list is solid unless you face a marine termie force then you will be bouncing everything off there armor. I miss my guardian force as it was nasty against marine lists. you got it rockin there

I like it but i think some points are off.

I would only recommend swapping the falcon for a wave serpent and infiltrating the scorpions.

I just remember the Warp Spiders / Deep Strike Ewww drop in close combat you and jump out now its called Withdraw but there the scary cheese from the old days.

I second the use of a wave serpent. Putting the dragons in a falcon sacrifices all that long range firepower to drop off the cargo. Keep the farseer in there and stick a min squad of avengers so it can claim objectives. This at the back with the walkers makes a nice firebase. I'd also consider amalgamating the 2 ranger squads, capping at around 7 or 8. A 5 mans squad's worth o shooting does less than you'd hope.

I also feel that the harlequins and the scorpions are either or. The remainder could go on a transport or a nightspinner to slow your opponent down.
