So A Few bit's and Pieces on the list, I believe you should keep everything as cheap as chips for Deldar especially at this points level. The Succubus I would change for a Haemonculus with liquifer. 25 Point's less and gives the unit feel no pain, Great! Second they wyches look fine, but I would go for agoniser instead to make up for your strength 3. The Raider they're in I wouldn't go for a shock prow, Points spent better else where. for Example a Flickerfield, That 5++ can really help in times of need. 3rd the warrior squads. It will be alot better to reduce them to 5 with a blaster and then smack them in a venom. You get them same amount of darklight weaponry but two splinter shots less but you save 45 points a unit which is alot to spend on 2 shots That should bring you to 500 Points dead. You could then drop 2 wyches to make it 480 and add a ravager with FF for 115 this then makes up for a lack of antitank your list seems to have at the minute. and then that 5 Points can go to the Shock Prow if you want

and i see your points but when you think about it the haemonculus is a good idea but hes not gonna kill much and the wychs need that little extra oomph from the succcubus whose weapon is extreamly annoying as my friend playing a daemon prince found out
also with the warrior squads they are for taking out light troops and whatever else with poisoned and the extra 6 shots from the cannon
the ravager will die very fast as everybody takes a least 2 tank killers and a 5++ save won't keep it alive for long
so its a nice list but it willl struggle against nids and massed orks which people take in school league alot
so its good and i have tried a similar list but my current one works just a little better

I see your Points but no offence or anything but they are wrong :/ You see my list (the previous one) Is the one that I use. And So far this year we have made it to the national finals and I have 6 wins 0 loses. Against nids the haemonculus is better because the wyches have a 4++ followed by a 4+++ which is better than power armour. Where as without it's about tau armour and you spend 85 points to get on average a wound maybe 2 if your lucky. Plus, if you go by then venom vs the raider you will be missing out on 2 shots. if you move 12" then Venom gets 12 and raider gets 1. See the comparison? move 6" and the raider gets 2 extra shots for 45 points and not moving it gets 4. Those points are better off spent for your lack of anti-tank. A ravager, and if they are not firing at the raider then everything is a plus really...
