If I wasn't going to bring a character or a command barge, I think I'd bring Orikan the Diviner in this type of list. I think you'd benefit from a Harbinger of Transmogrification as well.

Writhing Worldscape C'tan in the army and NOTHING to take advantage of it?

NO! Not the Beamer! Never the Beamer! (it's a heavy weapon. these guys are fast. it will be useless to them).
Only ever give Wraiths ONE Particle Caster.
