Over the last few days, I've regularly been unable to get access to any part of the Infinity website - in any language - including the forum.

I know they had some unanticipated down time due to a server move, but I understood this was now finished. Am I the only one?

I've noticed the images for models won't show up. Like, the zoomed in images when you click on one from the catalogue page, but that's about it.

I had some issues last night, but the old favourite downforeveryoneorjustme.com told me that it was me. It's possibly ISP issues - some ISPs don't clear out their caches that regularly, so you can get issues after a site is down or moved.

It's working for me, in any case.

Their website has issues and goes down periodically - always has, as far as I can tell. Probably it will be something they fix as the game - and the company - continues to grow.

But agreed, somethings terribly wrong, I can't log for almost a whole day now.

"Terribly wrong" is an exaggeration. I'd say this: it's a young game undergoing a period of explosive growth. I bet they just need to upgrade to a better host, and with everything else they're doing - releasing new minis, working on a new expansion book, creating free rules and stat pdfs - it hasn't hit the top of their priority list yet.

Any idea on how Neal deals with 'buying' stuff that isn't in stock?

Does he then hurry up and order it in?

Two of the models that I wanted to get from him were not in stock, but he placed a Drop Order Shipment for them and they came from a "West Warehouse" in Sparks, NV.

That's the best way to go, I've ordered a bunch of stuff that wasn't in stock. Only once did I have to wait more than a week, I guess there was a strike in Spain that was preventing shipping.

Otherwise, Neal has been great to work with and I highly recommend him!

I do this, order $100+ worth of stuff. If he going to take more then 5ish days to restock, he will send out the stuff in stock, then the rest when it comes in, both free shipping. So I don't have a problem if I have to what 2 weeks for the rest, never been longer then 2 weeks for me. I also live on the other coast, in the middle of nowhere.
