Anyway. Can a model using a Holoprojector Level 2 use Level 1 and Level 2 at the same time. For example, can Patroclus appear as three Dakinis?

Unfortunately, no. Just checked the HS book, you may not combine Holoprojector 1 & 2 at the same time. If you've got Holo 2, then choose whether you're using it as Holo 1 or Holo 2.

Would have been cool though.

No, it's specifically exempted, but it wouldn't work like this anyway.

You don't place three miniatures, you place the miniature and two holoecho markers. And a model which didn't have Holoprojector Lvl 2 having Holoechoes would rather give the game away.
