Hey, moved to Nottingham this year to go to university

I was just wondering if there were any players in the area, and if they go to any of the universities nearby?

Would be great to hear back even if you arent a student!

I'm just about to launch a games club in Long Eaton called War & Peace Games Club. Our first night is June 21 - but I will say upfront we will not be focusing on the GW games. Instead, Mantic Games is the primary wargame with the majority of tables set aside for Kings Of War, Warpath, Dwarf Kings Hold and Project Pandora.

We will also be playing a range of lesser known games such as Blackwater Gulch (Western skirmish), Brushfire and Relics as well as Flames Of War.

A table will be set aside for players to bring and battle games of their own, but only a single table so it will need to be booked in advance.

You're in the best place for gaming. Obviously there is Warhammer World round the corner or Maelstrom Games in Mansfield as well as the War and Peace Club the chap mentioned above. Falling short of that I'll be there in a month too so you could always just play at warhammer world with me and my mate. In Nottingham you won't be short of players!

@Geordie09 : I'll see what I can do, my parents house is actually in sutton-in-ashfield so getting there wouldn't actually be much of a problem I'll try to round up some of my gang and see if this sounds like a good idea to them

Yeah Nottingham, I'm going to be in Beeston for a short while so travelling to Warhammer World will only be a five minute trip!
