Hi guys, not sure if this actually goes here cause its not really a tournament ,
but i was just wondering if anyone here was going to warhammer worlds badab war campaign weekend next week
and if so what armies they were taking, i'm going to be taking my carcharodons ,just wondering what my competition or allies would be.

Hi, I'll be going and I'm taking my Chaos Space Marines so not expecting to win anything with all these Grey Knight players out there lol This is my first tournament so I don't know what to expect. I do like that there are no special charactors except for those in the Forgeworld book so no Vulcans, Draigos etc etc :O) What are you taking?

A club-mate and I are attending.

We're both wardens. I'm bringing Tyrants Legion and he is bringing Lamentors.

I'm hoping there will be mostly themed armies, and I'm hoping not to see any Xenos or Grey Knights.

I can only take Huron with the Legion. He';s pretty cool, though, plus he unlocks terminators, and that’s an easy way to fill out 2000 points!

To be fair hurons pretty beastly what with the 2 orbitals and the fact he can get back up once.

Oh yeah, he is very decent. He only looks less good when you start comparing him to the nonsense in the the Blood Angels or Grey Knight codex. I think he's pointed about right, along with the other Badab War characters, who I think are all really well designed and pointed. I'm hoping to see lots of them on show, as they are a great opporunity to convert someone looking cool - unfortunately I can't use my Tyrants champion conversion this weekend :(
