Well, the army lacks anti-tank. Foot slogging is a slow way to die.

I'm waiting to reach higher point levels to buy transports. Plus, I also want to see how the coming of 6th ed will affect them. What if they become less useful or less necessary ? I prefer for now to buy infantry models, and when 6th ed will be here, then buy vehicules. That, and the fact they cost alot of money to start with.

I thought at first to take fire dragons, but they don't have enough range, and then I thought that maybe dark reapers would do the job. What do you suggest me to take ?

Get an avatar. He is cheap($$$ wise), provides some anti tank, a fearless bubble and is a must for being on foot.

Farseers and warlocks are not that expensive, but a seer council is worthless in small numbers. A farseer is a good idea though, to fortune the avatar.

Aspect warriors are expensive if you are buying them new. A box of avengers is ten models, while other aspects will run about the same price and only come in groups of six. Guardians are a cheap option that will provide anti tank and long ranged fire.

Wraithlords are a bit more expensive than aspect warriors, but provide anti tank and are hard to kill.

Dark reapers are anti infantary, not anti tank. Only an exarch with an EML+Fast shot will take out tanks. They are there to kill marines and units in cover.

I would get a farseer, a box of dire avengers, a box of guardians, the avatar and maybe a wraithlord. Add a warlock or two. Should be less than 200 bucks to get all that.
