I was thinking csm on foot for home objective squatting, 10 plague marines in a rhino, for mid field objective squatting or weathering fire to melta hard tanks, berserkers in rhino with aspiring champ with power fist, he will reach assault and go daemon om them. Terminator lord and 5 terminators in land raider. Considering dining him as a sorcerer lord to use psychic powers.

What upgrades are you running on your units?

Land Raider can only hold 5 terminator armored units or 10 power armored units. This means you can only fit 4 terminators and your terminator lord in the land raider.

I'd say put the plague marines on foot on a home objective perhaps with the obliterators nearby to compliment each other.

Then put your berzerkers and csm in the rhinos and I'd stick them up with the land raider and try your best to get free cover saves from the land raider. You can also run your demon prince (with wings) behind the land raider and the rhinos on both his left and right side giving him a cover save from all directions.

Also what you can do with your rhinos is what I call a 'leap frog' maneuver. First turn drive your csm rhino 12 inches and pivot facing your side armor towards the enemy and pop smoke for a 4+ cover save. Then drive your other Rhino right behind the first rhino giving it a cover save as well. Next turn move the leading rhino 6 inches forward or to the side depending on enemy positioning, and move the rear rhino 12 inches ahead of the first rhino and pop smoke giving both rhinos a 4+ cover save for a second turn. Now that you have moved your first rhino only 6 inches, you are free to shoot two guns out of the hatches. Keep your csm rhino moving 6 inches all game and shooting your 2 special weapons out of the hatches. Try not to unload them from the rhino prematurely or else you will lose the squad unnecessarily. Keep moving 12 inches with the berzerker squad and the land raider until you reach close combat.

Cut the possessed because you don't have a transport for them. They are regarded as a sub par unit and without a transport they will be even more terrible.

If you are going to use the Khorn Berzerker champ with a powerfist, don't use it to sacrifice for the greater demon. You will waste 25 points on that powerfist. What you could do is go with a vanilla champ on the berzerkers for a 36 pt sacrifice, or also you could keep the powerfist on the berzerker champ and upgrade a vanilla terminator to a terminator champion for a 40 point sacrifice. Both these units would be good to sacrifice because they will be getting close to the enemy and remain relatively cheap.

Overall I think this looks like a well balanced list and should fare well provided you make the right decisions in game.
