What's the difference between the Katyusha MRL and Uragan MRL versions?

Uragan : You get 3 Bursts 13 dmg circular blast with AP ammo

To put it simple,
Uragan is anti-armor artillery. Basically what you want when you must deal with a TAG or powerful HI/HI fireteam.
Katyusha is anti-infantry artillery for mob control. You must face one army with a pair of combat groups full of LIs/MIs, LI/MI fireteams or hordes of Pretas you want this.

And as far as I'm concerned, AVA 2 in generic Ariadna and 1 in each of the current Ariadna sectorials.

I'm hoping for AVA2 in a future Russian Sectorial, but for now the AVA2 in the generic list will have to do.

How is it fired?

I got the blasts and difference between loads part.

WHOM fires it. Is the controller who fires it or does the unit itself do it (as a remote)? I think it's the latter, but I don't play Ariadna and the new players in the club who do can't figure out its rules.

Or is the TMC just a widget that allows the fielding of the Trac-muls, in the same way as a hacker or TAG (for other factions) and their remotes?

It's a Remote, the Dozer has nothing to do with it on the tabletop apart from being able to fix it.

The TMCD just lets you take Traktor Muls in the list, just like it says in it's description.

'This allows the enlisting of Ariadnan Traktor Mul Remotes.'

TMC allows the fielding of the muls in the same way Hackers/Tags allow the others to take remotes (and if they die/go unco/whatever, the remotes continue to function/work by themselves) so the TMs would naturally follow this, being REMs themselves.
No dozer/TMC, no Traktor mul. Like no hacker/Tag, no remotes.

Ariadna is a faction I have less than zero interest in ever painting, collecting or reading about. For some reason, the players who DO play it in my group, tend to ask ME all of their questions about this army, instead of just RTFM themselves and answering their own questions.

Key rules questions I can answer. Rules about your faction equipment and weapons are your own problem.

It's like they used to ask me WHFB rules questions. When I hadn't played the game in 5 editions and hadn't even read the rules for those editions, let alone the current one.
