Well, if you want a Draigowing, go for 10 Paladins (4 psycannons, diversified equipment) as a core. Then you need shooty support in form of Psyfleman Dreads. Your DK is too expensive, the same holds for the Inquisitor.

I guess the Inquisitor will have psychic communion? If so you want to keep him hidden or else he will get dakka'd next turn and there goes your reserve rolls.
I also do not see the point in Dragio, you're paying some serious points to make a single unit of Paladins troops.
Strike Squads and Interceptors do not need halberds or staffs. They are single wound models and with a single base attack. Also, you need more troops as the Paladins will be in combat and become depleted quicker, this will leave you with a single troop unit.
