When does FFG start taking preorders or do like, the special edition thing they have done for the 40k releases?

Thinking of getting the new IG one and I was just wondering if they still did that.

I don't think you can pre-order it yet, or if you ever will be able to. But after looking around I did find out it comes out in the third quarter, meaning it could be released from anytime starting now to the end of September.
