Interesting direction with the hovercraft type ships.

Stuff looks nice. Too many other projects to get into Dystopian Wars but the miniatures are pretty cool.

I think the Russians just replaced the FSA as my favorite model style for a faction. I really like them. The blend of steam punk and modern is really, really nice.

While not really looking similar, 'Hover' being the Russian design doctrine may be a reference to the Ekranoplan ground-effect tech the Soviet Union worked on for a while. Here's one of the machines:

(Unrelated, but there's a very weird/cool Charles Stross story that involves Yuri Gagarin piloting a nuclear-fueled Ekranoplan across a strangely changed Earth where space travel has been blocked by an outside entity. It's a very weird story, with lots of Twilight Zone-ish plot twists...)

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

Nice minis generally, but the bombers looks to be hideously...well, hideous. Like flying coka cola cans.

I *was* content to stick with my Brits. No other faction has quite piqued my interest.

But Novgorod-inspired Roomba frigates? I love it! I have to agree with Hulksmash, it's the blend of historical styling with steampunk fantasy. The cruisers, bb, gunships, and flyers all look downright menacing.

I definitely plan to pick them up!

I really like the look of the battleship and cruisers. The roomba shaped frigates are interesting but I don't like them.

Drat, I like them immensely. Nearly so much I regret getting KoB as my first fleet.

Yeah, I think the Russian fleet will finally be the tipping point for Dystopian Wars for me

I've just splashed out on the gorgeous French fleet, but was looking forward to seeing the Russian ones.

Now I've seen them, I'm not really sure.....

I like the battleships & cruisers a lot, but the smaller ships just don't really do it for me.
