I picked up some PanOceanua figures on the cheep. Turns out almost got the complete recommended starting army. (have military order starter pack instead of the original starter pack) 6 starter figures, a cutter, medic, and two Sikh commandos. Havent played a game yet, but went through the introduction videos and got the two books. I look forward to getting a few games in at the local store.
Though I need some help. I have tried to download the army builder from the official web site. But the download keeps getting interrupted. I have tried with 2 browsers with the same results. Is there another site that hosts the file that I can try to get it from? Google hasnt provided any site other then the official one for the file.
Also can any one recommend any other PanO figures that are fun to have and use?
Any way, should have my army in the painting showcase in a few weeks, and hopefully a battle report to go with the post.

Haven't played enough against PanO yet to give solid recommendations. For learning games, common advice is to start slow with basic 100-150 points games using your basic rifle grunts and a heavy infantry or two, and then work up from there.
Good luck and have fun with the game!

I'm a MO player too, and one of the most difficult things about this sectorial is to build a list at low points. Using all the models on the starter, you can try this 150p list:
3x Order Sergeants (Combi Rifle)
1x Spec Order Sergeant (the one with Sniper Rifle an TO camouflage)
1x Teutonic Knight (Lieutenant)
1x Magister Knight (with EXP CC weapon, even though you may get to CC in your first games )
In MO my favourite unit is the Spec Sergeant. In a 300p list, you can include 3 TO snipers sergeants that will become your opponent's worst nighmare. Besides there's the non-sniper option of the Spec Sergeants, loaded with mines and forward observer, in case you want to launch some guided missiles at your opponent.
My favourite Knight of them all is the Sepulchre Knight (wich hasn't been released yet) because of the Holoprojector. Gabrielle De Fersen is cool too, he works wonders against hackers and can be a real pain in the ass for the infantry as well because of his shooting stats.

Try this simple 6 miniatures list at 300pts. Joan of Arc can make a fireteam with Defersen and the Hospitalier Knights. Let the Magister Knight run free.
