But by that logic Warlord's entire metal range isnt profitable, which I highly doubt

They did use them in battle, and to great effect I must add. Notebaly to great effect against Swedish and Turkish forces, but also aaginst Germanic troops during the wars of the period and later.

They used those too, they where made of osterich(spelling?) and they where known for the unnerving sound theyy made when they charged. Amd they where named winged hussars fora reason

Feathers are debatable. It's possible that they were used in earlier stage, but rather not later on.

If my eyese do not lie those too have feathers, but since its debatebal I like to belive they did wear them. Notting screams hardcore than a heavly armoured man charging you on horseback with a pair of wings on his back
