Hey all,

I have a marine army i'm selling off. This is a GREAT beginners army. I played this at 1850pts, and won quite a few games. It allows for mistakes for a beginner, but still a challenge when you get better.

I used this army pretty defensively. The elites I armed with infiltrate and they tended to tie up any enemy units that looked hurty (you know, dev squads, havoc squads). Troops were used to shoot, but were good sacrifice units. The commander gives LD 10 to all units, so he was well protected. The army shoots a lot, but has great assault units like assault marines and the vets. Now for what I have:

The codex ofcourse.

HQ:

Commander

Elites:

10 marines with cc weapons

Troops:

30 tac marines

6 marines with lascannons

Fast attack:

16 assault marines

2 land speeder tornados

Heavy Support:

Predator

Dev squad with all missile launchers

As you can see, this is quite a large army. I was running it at 1500pts, though if kitted correctly could reach 1850. Retail for this army is about $430.

But who wants to pay retail with GW's exorbitant prices? Stick it to them by buying this army...CHEAP!

I am selling this army as a whole, for 55% of retail, that's only $230. I am charging postge though...a measly $5! That means, you're getting $430 worth of minis, for only $235, delivered to your doorstep! You save $200!

Now, nothing is painted. Most stuff is glued together, VERY NICELY. What is primed has had mold lines removed.

I am only willing to sell this as a whole. Why? Because it works as a group. I had some great games with this army, I want it to go to a gamer who intends to kick some *donkey*with it.
