Hey, guys, I'm a new user on this site and new to wargaming in general, but recently my friends have gotten me to start looking at .pdfs of the Warhammer 40k stuff and I'm thinking about starting up a collection. The only issue is location - nobody I know does anything even remotely related to this where I live (Marksville, LA). The closest I can get is going to Shreveport to Dragon's Lair which I'm really not in the mood to do on a normal basis.

So, the question I have is, 'is there anyone and anywhere around Alexandria for me to go to start a collection and get some hands on coaching?'

Flee that place while your soul is still intact! I lived in Alexandria for two years 22 years ago, and I still feel it's soul crushing grip apon me.

In the mean time, this might be a place to start.
