Well, let's try to make some decent homerules that address issues we find with the game. Every little bit helps, and we can hopefully amalgamate similar, specific wishes into more general ones

i.e., Genestealers and Kommandos are both not great outflanking or infiltrating anymore. If we, however, alter Reserves rules so that they aren't arbitrarily smacking armies that rely on reserves in the face, we can solve both problems.

It'd be best if we can get this into a sort of consensus thing, with a format for posting suggestions and voting on them. My suggestion for format is the following:
