The big hardcover books like Grey Wolf, Turning the Tide, Red Bear, etc. are compilations of the smaller battle books. What Battlefront has been doing is releasing several smaller softcover books that focus on different units involved in a specific battle during a specific campaign. For example, Battlefront released several books covering the Normandy campaign, including D-Day, the bocage battles, and the breakout. They also released several smaller books for Operation Bagration. Then once they've finished with the line of smaller battle books, they've released compilation books covering the whole campaign. So no, the softcover books aren't really new, it's what they've been doing for awhile. They'll most likely release a hardcover Battle of the Bulge compilation once all the softcover Bulge battle books are finished.
