Subject: Battlefront Gets Into Real Estate - European House Range

A small town at the foothills of the beautiful Cascade Mountains

Build a small village or a large town one building at a time with the Battlefield in a Box European House range. Each building is pre-painted and ready for your table, no carpenters or stonemasons required!
The new European houses from Battlefield in a Box will be released, one-by-one, over the next year. Each variant house will be available for a limited run and will only be made once. Prototypes of these buildings have been tantalizing our regular gamers for years and are sure to sell fast.
Each three-part house measures 6cm x 8cm x 11cm and comes fully painted.
Just like a magazine subscription you will get an automatic delivery every month but will be charged as each house ships instead of in one go at the start.
Check out the House Subscription Deal in the online store here...
As a bonus for subscribing to the full set you will receive an add-on set, including villagers, monuments, walls and other urban extras to the value of two houses. We will also throw in free shipping as an added bonus.
So any reviews yet? I am wondering how these compare to Crescent Root Studio's buildings.
Also, what style are these houses? They appears to all be named for cities in Western Europe. Can these be used for Eastern Europe?
The extras also look really nice - I wish I could buy those separately.
Thanks! Mez

Seeing as how none of them have been released yet, I'd bet finding a review would be pretty hard.
Style of the houses is 'generic western europe'. Heck, they're not even all that different looking from each other - they're repeats of the same design, with the look that someone hit the 'randomise' button to make them.
For example:
On the pluside, they're prepainted, and relatively cheap. That 'subscription' deal isn't so bad either, since it's basically $25 a month and free shipping.

What wrong with generic? It makes my life easier 1 house for western, eastern, and southern fronts. A 3 way deal.

Nothing wrong with generic. Except that you've misunderstood the meaning. I meant 'generic' in the sense that these would work for battles taking place from Normandy to the Elbe. Buildings in Eastern Europe and Italy differed in appearance.

You are partially correct. In southern Italy they look nothing like it, but northern Italy it would be more common. As for Eastern Europe cites it I think it would work. But, to each his own.
