hi, can tau drone turrets be used as fortifications in 6th ed? because it says that in games which you can use fortifications they count as troops, but that was before 6th ed so i was wondering if now they are

Does it say in the 6th Ed Rulebook that you can? There's your answer.

no but in the imperial armoury it says you can use it in a game that uses fortifications, but now every game can use fortifications

I believe the ruling on Forge World Imperial Armour books is that they can only be used in casual games and if your opponent consents. So if your playgroup says ok, it's ok, but otherwise it's codex and BRB only.

@Regalphantom nope. Forgeworld entries have armylist entries which use actual force org slots from codecies now. There's an FAQ coming out fairly soon to clarify certain things which used to be Apoc only (such as Fortifications).

@xv88; I'd say wait for the BRB FAQ and the Forgeworld FAQ; both should be out around or before september. Until then, swing it with whatever your group feels comfortable with.

Pit your chainsword against my chainsw- wait that's Heresy.
