Hi all, I have recently come back to 40k after a long absence from the game. I havn't played since late 3rd edition and most of my models and my memory on how to play the game is missing.

I have had a look around to see if there are any 40k centric clubs in or around the Hertford area that meet regularly but I have had no luck as they either focus solely on WHFB or are too far away for me to get to as I can't drive.

At the moment I have held off from buying new models as I am not sure if I will be able to pursue this hobby if I can't find people to play with regularly (used to play with my brothers but both have stopped collecting) so I have been satisfying myself by painting my old stuff.

Im possibly going to be heading to the stevenage wargames group this wednesday - ive never been before, but im hoping to maybe find people more local than my usual opponents (Worthing and Bicester!)

not planning on taking anyhting with me but going there to see whats about - maybe see you there and maybe arrange a game for the following week if your interested?
