Hi,
I've recently come back to 40k after an extended absence....1994 was the last time i picked up dice in anger. since coming back 2 months ago i've put together and painted a Deathwing army (small model count is good plus terminators are big and easier to paint) but fancied challenging myself to see if i could actually paint anything half decently.

I decided that my Deathwing force needed some allies, and based solely on the fact that i could then take and paint space monkeys (jokaero) i went for an inquisition force (Inquisitor and 1-2 henchmen units max) who could be investigating my Deathwing army and get drawn into any battles that occur.

I decided i wanted to piece this lot together from bits of models thoughout the ages of 40k/Necromunda/Rogue Trader so its a real mismatch at times, there's also a few of the new finecast models in there and a custom build servitor (i suspect you'll spot him fairly easily).

here's the full squad unpainted so you can see what I'm starting from...

thoughts/comments/suggestions all appreciated. I'm big enough and old enough to take criticism so go right ahead!

I'll add more pictures as i get through the squad.

thanks

Ben
