Hi all:

The Realm in Brea will be hosting our 1st 6th Ed 40K tournament on Sept 1st.

1950 points, 10am start, $10 entry or $20 purchase.

We realize this is also Labor Day weekend and some players may be at the slaughter in space at Strategicon/Gateway, but still hope to see a few regular faces.

Give us a heads up here or contact the store if you plan on coming.

Hi, a few questions:

Any info on rules and such?
How many rounds and how much time per match?
Any restrictions?

You might have discussed these somewhere here but If you can give a little bit of clarification on those, would be appreciated.

Rules are straight out of the 6th Ed rulebook, with some mods for scenarios and some possible terrain modifications.

Tourney will be 3 rounds, 2 hour rounds (unless players let me know they may need an extra half hour or so). + a half hour lunch.

No restrictions, with this tourney. That may change in later tournaments, but this is our 1st 6th ed, so were just seeing how things go.

No comp or paint scores this time around either. Just battle / scenario points.
