Anyone else in a direct path of our latest little storm?.. Got the kids all tethered down, and the cat taped to the wall for the 7 year anniversary of Katrina.. guess we'll be painting via candle-light ;p .. Stay safe all.. Jason and the brood..

Yeah, I live in New Orleans, but evacuated to a safer location for the storm.

I remember the tourists at the hotel where I worked in New Orleans couldn't pack into the glassed in observation area quick enough to view hurricanes when they blew through. That and the people trying to windsurf in Lake Pontchartrain.
Natural selection marches on.
Good luck to you guys, I've got family down that way and will be thinking about you all.
