Necrons used to phase out after battles if they lost or as they were destroyed right? Do they still do this? Any page numbers for the codex would be great too, thanks.

IIRC this is completely gone.

Playing mostly Necromunda and Battletech, Malifaux is awesome too!

If a Necron can't be repaired immediately, but is still of use, it is teleported back to base, to be repaired.

If a Necron is beyond repair, it will self-destruct so that it can't fall into the hands of the enemy.

As Dr. What said, Necrons still "phase out", teleporting to the nearest Tomb World or Tomb Ship for repairs. If they can't teleport, they self destruct. What's changed is that the entire army doesn't phase out as a tactical maneuver like they did in the old Codex, now it's on a Necron-by-Necron basis in the fluff. The Royal Court/Nobles generally return to their own revivification chambers on their personal world.

This is pretty much what happens verbatum. Only thing that I wonder now is whether Flayed Ones still teleport to a tombworld, as no tombworld dares to hold them. I guess they all go back to that same tombworld thats infested, can't remember its name.
