I am thinking about how to update the old 3rd Edition Codex: Catachans to a modern 6th Ed Codex
The old codex can be found here:

Any points assigned are guesstimates and are not yet play-tested.
New USRs:
Deathworld Soldier: Units entirely composed of Deathworld Soldiers have the Stealth, Move Thru Cover and Night Vision
USRs from the Warhammer
40K Rulebook.
Deathworld Toxins: Weapons with the Deathworld Toxins
USR count their weapons as Poison (4+).
Camouflage: Units with this special rule are always targeted as if night fighting. If Night Fighting rules are in effect already, models with this rule always count as having the Stealth and Shrouded
USR, no matter the distance. Equipment and abilities that negates Night Fighting also negates this rule.
Ambush: After Deployment, but before deploying infiltrators and scout moves, secretly write down in which piece of area terrain the unit deploys in. The unit is placed in reserve and becomes available for arrival from reserves automatically starting the second game turn, but does not have to be deployed until the controlling player chooses to do so at the beginning of any of his movement phases. The unit may not move, but may shoot (Heavy weapons count as stationary) and assault. If the game ends before the unit is deployed, it counts as destroyed.
