Subject: would you allow stormtalon/ stormraven in witch hunters
considering the lack of options and also the absence of any flyers whatsoever in the list, i was wondering if you guys think enabling witch hunters to use these options (with mods to fit respective armies) would be reasonable

Well, considering that Witch Hunters isn't even a valid codex anymore, I imagine your opponent would be rather forgiving if you added additional units.
