Today while checking my bank account, I've noticed that I was charged approx $18 in early September by Caliverbooks, even thou I havent bought anything since end of august. I've bought things from them in the past and I didnt have any problems, did anyone else have a similar case. What should I do, I already sent the owner an email.

I think you might have the wrong sub forum, Dakka Discussion, perhaps?

Well, Caliver books sells a lot of historical stuff. Sending the owner an email is a good first step. I guess just wait and see what he has to say?

Is this a 2nd charge or has your end of august purchase just taken a week or two to appear on your statement?

Either way, why not just wait for Caliverbooks to get back to you? If it's an honest error then I'm sure they will correct it.

They sent me an email back, turns out the, 2 weeks ago, I've sent them an email asking when will the battlefront in a box: falaise be available for pre ordering. So they charged me when it arrived and shipped it. I dont feel too comfortable when they done this, they could've asked me for a confirmation first.
