I don't think that this list is ideal.

I like to run zealots with ToM because they can mini-feat, which helps ensure I get the souls in more of a trickle. Also, I don't usually take reclaimers with him. I do like the Sanctifier with him, possibly with the Avatar as well. That frees up most of his focus for casting spells and hitting people.

I do like are the Exemplars and the Seneschal, I just don't think you need two of each.

Obviously the choir is a must, but I would prefer the Vassal over the Heirophant if you're taking a non-combat 2-pt solo.

Usually when I have run him, I run the Avatar, a full unit of Zealots with UA, Exemplars w/Seneschal, a choir, and one other jack or so. I'm sorry I can't be any more specific; It's been a while since I ran him. For what it's worth, he's my favorite PoM caster.
