Because the Blighted Ogrun Warchief gives Blood Drinker and Veteran Leader to Blighted Ogrun, does this mean Thagrosh ( A blighted Ogrun warlock) is affected as well?

Thagrosh is not a trooper model, so he should gain benefit from Blood Drinker since Leadership grants Blighted Ogrun models Blood Drinker, but he would not gain the benefit of Veteran Leader because it only affects trooper models.

I am totally okay with someone correcting me, but that is how I read it.

Going over, looks like Alfndrate has it fine. Remember that Rapture's Eruption of Ash rule, however, boxes models, not destroys them. So to benefit from Blood-Drinker, Thagrosh would need to use his claw attack.
