Okay just a quick speculation, on a model already based on speculations, since the archangel is probably going to be the squishiest gargantuan around, i was wondering if P-Thagrosh's feat can bring him back from the dead. I mean despite seeming ludicrously OP, but i still can't think of a rule reason why it couldn't be done, except for losing a few friends..

Two reasons not. Thagrosh's feat says place model and gargantuans can not be placed. Secondly an infernal on the main pp boards has clarified the feat to ensure to say that it doesn't work and this will be published in the next errata release.

For completeness' sake, the infernal said that place effects that refer to putting the model into play (e.g. Thagrosh's feat) are not restricted by the placing restriction, but place effects that occur while the model is on the table (e.g. redeployment from tier benefits) do. They wouldn't need to errata Thagrosh's feat to "non-gargantuan warbeasts" if that wasn't the case.

would evayl's spell that allows extra movement after shooting work? since the models activation has not ended yet it is not a place or non-activation move.

Unfortunately not because Colossals and Gargantuans can only move during their normal movement.

As a Legion stooge, I'm not imagining the Archangel to be the best of the Gargantuans frankly because enough people constantly bitch about Legion be broken even though I had been beaten by all these people. I'm more curious to see the animus more than anything else.

I could easily see a wind wall effect as it's animus with those big wings.
