Just a quick one...

1) In the Emperor's Children, are all of the Legion Noise Marines?
2) Would they all carry Sonic Weapons?

Reason I ask, is that I had an idea where a couple of large units with few upgrades could be backed up by a few smaller units with tons of Sonic Weaponry.

both are no, noise marines are relatively rare even in an Emperors Children warband unlike say Death Guard where all of them are plague marines because Papa nurgle gave them ALL disease or thousand sons where a spell made them all rubrics

with Slaanesh he's about the pursuit of ALL pleasures not just the sensations of sound so if all the marines were noise marines things woudl get boring for him pretty quick, so to repeat.."music" is just one aspect for him and he'd want his marines to discover all sorts of hedonistic pleasures

So no, the Noise Marines are just one aspect of the Emperor's Children, but the above is not exactly so easy or acceptable to show and portray to little kids.

Slaanesh is the god of excess and decadence in all things, not just sex and rock'n'roll. That is why Khorne hates Slaanesh, because Slaanesh reduces Khorne's reason for being (i.e. killing) into just one of many pleasures.
