I have found it difficult to deal with the amount of Orks to kill when playing against them, i have bought some Eldar squads to back up my close-combat parts of my army (which is practically nothing) should i get something else or how could i defeat Orks.

Night Spinners
Dire Avengers w/Bladestorm/Doom/Guide (these would probably be the best bet for points and availability if you are using an allied detachment) -- essentially, you can get 32 Str 4 shots w/Re-rolls to hits and wounds. This will wreck an entire squad of boys.
