Ok so my friend back in my local town has a problem with this list:

2 squads of flamers.
3 daemon princes (khorne with wings, tzeentch with wings and nurgle).
2 units of 5 horrors.
10 blood letters.
blood thirster with wings and blessing of the blood god.

1750 pts.

his got terminator GK and eldar (the normal scatter later wave serpent spam)

So from my point of view is that his probably gonna drop 2/3 of the FMC first. The nurgle one can probably be ignored for a while and just focus fire the blood thirster and khorne demon prince. Once they are grounded bring on the big guns and jsut try to focus 1 down. Then probably focus the other FMC and the flamers.

Thats How I would do it with my purifer spam 6 squad purifers in rhino 3 dreadnought autcannon.

Is that how you should focus them?

I'd prioritize the flamers first otherwise they'll zap you

Pretty much. That is how people bring down my flyrants. Remember you don't have to wound to cause the Grounding Test, just hit (which is why markerlights suck).

Big difference though, Daemons get an Invul save on that wound. The flyrant just takes it like a champ.

Not really - the grounding wound is rarely what does my Flyrants in. It's all the "I don't have to snap shot anymore!" Fire afterward that makes me cry.

First off, if he only has 20 fragile scoring troops, play the mission. Shoot his troops off the board and watch him draw at best.

As far as FMCs. Just make em keep taking grounding tests. Once the test as failed, shoot em with the big guns.
Sure it sucks when your opponent passes 8 grounding tests in a row, but thats how you do it.

He only has 20 scoring units at 1750 points? Just go MSU and shoot them off the board.

What is the save of the daemons? Can't he just beat them to death in CC if he is playing grey knights? It is limited how mutch those flying mc's can shoot. GK should be abel to handel them in CC unles the flamers mess you up to badly. It really seems like a odd list.
