Hello everyone! I'm DaMekboy and i figure ill start contributing to the community by creating my first Plog! It will be over my Imperial Guard army. let me start by saying i started this army 10 months ago but due to real life complications i was only able to work on it for about two. Well now i have time again and i figure if i have a dedicated Plog i might be more inclined to see this whole army through! Im painting the whole army to tabletop quality in hopes i can get a whole painted army fielded. well enough talking, lets get to some pics!
Im going to post all the models i got painted when i forst started the army first and build from there.
First up is the first of two infantry squads. Im going for a non-standard cadian look. Every squad is going to have at least one person magnetized and all vehicles with be magnetized.
Next up is the second infantry squad.
These are the first of 10 storm troopers. I am currently working on the other five.
Next is the first of 2 chimeras. Overall I'm not very happy with the way it turned out looking at it now. I'm thinking a simple green bath would suit it nicely.
sorry for the poor picture quality, all pictures were taken with my phone as i don't have a camera. I'll get some more pictures tonight of what I'm working on and what is to come. Until then C&C is always welcomed and appreciated. Hope you enjoy!
EDIT: fixed broken links. Much appreciated Darth Bob!

Finished the other 5 storm troopers last night. Here they are!
Much happier with their look this time around. On the original 5 (and the rest of the army prior) i didn't put as much time and effort into them. I've also changed my techniques and bought a nice brush set (armypainter FTW) and i think it shows. More layers of thinner paint were used and I've also changed the weapon casings from blood red to red gore. I still need to finish the Aquilas, I'm attempting to ice them (i think its called icing)
