Realm of Hobby

So, Im moving to Perth, WA, and I was wondering the following:

Do you have GW stores?
Do you have Electrickery?
If yes, do you have the Internet?
Is the water safe to drink?
Where is the best place to get my hobby on?
Where are the best gaming clubs?
How many of you live in or near Kalgoorlie?
What is the best way to get around until I have my own transport?
Do Brad Kershaw and Jeff Martin accept applications for the Derptrio?
Do I need to give up my Queensland heritage and begin following AFL?
Do I need to pack my Australian Passport?
Do I need to shave in order to prevent locals mistaking me for a local female? (I really enjoy my beard)
How much HiVis is too much?
How long is a piece of string?
If I purchase a new personal vehicle, what brand and build is socially acceptable?

Please answer the above to the best of your abilities. Do feel free to add any other helpful info regarding your State that may help an outsider to avoid the mass xenophobia and its related issues.

Cheers
