Are you looking for Ethan Hunt in gear or in civies?
If it gear, then there's dozens of hatless figs in combat gear that would work.

if you dont mind the 30 seconds it takes to cut a mini off the gimpy base and glue it to a normal base there are TONS of heroclix minis you could use.
for geared up version you could use shield agents or checkmate agents. there are tons of secret identity heroclix so a bruce wayne has a briecase and a snappy suit.
just hop on ebay, use heroclix as a searchword and then set to to cheapest first. most heroclix go for like 99 cents plus shipping.
